I find the new website much harder to navigate than the old one was. I've held off saying, because I'm hopeless with technology, and I thought I'd just get used to it, but I haven't. For example, I can't see anything anywhere about QoS Ladies.

I’m finding this more complicated than it needs to be and I’m not sure the wee icons really match the the titles (eg. a cup for teams and is that a parcel for the prize draw?). Not trying to be picky because I know you’re putting a lot of work in and trying things out but I reckon the menu was better at the top that way it was. Thanks.

Suggest replacing the “Official Website” in the homepage header with something like the new footer, with “Queen of the South FC” as the main visual element and “Official Website” as a subheading - for anyone not already familiar with the club or the badge, the header doesn’t actually tell you what the site is the official website of. P.S. not sure if it is deliberate but in the footer the "Of” isn’t capitalised but the “The” is (appreciate this may be intended in order to emphasise “The South”).

The existing site is not particularly accessible on a mobile device. It seems we duplicate the drop down menu at the top of the page.The big sponsor / news carousel doesn’t fit the screen on a mobile device making it unappealing. Generally, the site at the moment doesn’t seem to flow, is clunky and has a lot of bits that don’t seem to relate or aren’t necessary. The footer doesn’t include links / icon links for official social media accounts (I know the Facebook social media stuff has its own wee bit in the page). Having the icons with hyperlinks attached on the footer is a clear navigation tool for any fan looking to find the clubs official social media profiles.I have to say the QoS instagram presence / output has significantly improved in quality since talking-parrot became involved.

On the Oxford United website they have a different fan each week interview the manager and this is then broadcast on their tv feed. Really fresh and interesting. Could also have more regular interviews with past and present players on the website. Maybe a half time fan penalty shoot in?
