<p>On the Oxford United website they have a different fan each week interview the manager and this is then broadcast on their tv feed. Really fresh and interesting. </p><p></p><p>Could also have more regular interviews with past and present players on the website. </p><p></p><p>Maybe a half time fan penalty shoot in? </p><p></p><p></p>
